During a year living in Florence, Italy, Meredith developed a passion for European wines. She travelled extensively throughout Europe, becoming enamored with the European's dedication to quality wines and fine foods. Her passion for wine has sent her across the world, in her pursuit to visit each continent before 30. A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in International Relations, Intercultural Communication, and a minor in Italian, she spent most of her professional career in politics and government. She has worked for a United States Senator and Tennessee's Governor, most recently serving as the Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Commerce and Insurance. She currently works as a Partner at Southern Strategy Group's Tennessee office.
