The wine is obtained from the best Vermentino grapes maintained in boxes in refrigerated rooms to 0 C. A cold process of pressing the grapes results in a wine with a light straw yellow color with green reflexes. It has an intense fragrance, it should be served at a temperature of 10 degrees C or 50 Fahrenheit. It accompanies very well any seafood dish, especially the Sardinian "Spaghetti alla Bottarga".
