Intense green color with yellow shades. Bouquet of citrus, apples, a touch of grass, mineral and flower notes. Mouth presents good volume with character and personality, and a long persistance. Hand harvested in March and April. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, at 55 to 60 degrees, with select yeast to preserve the varietal character.
