We only get one acre of this beautiful Syrah site in Santa Maria. Consistently yielding less than 2 tons an acre. Co-fermented with 4% Viognier and aged for 22 months in 70% new French Oak. Peter Palmer adds: "Darkest of all the Bonaccorsi Syrah. Full black-ruby, extracted to the rim with pink highlights. Intense and liqueur on the nose, darker fruit impression with polished leather and vanilla. Palate is thick and viscous; black raspberry and sweet green herbs, pepper and aged meat. Very impressive and balanced for its size. Bold." This wine can be purchased at Capitol Grill, 360, Brinkmann's Wine and Spirits, Flyte, Grand Cru, Mallory Lane Wine, Nashville Wine & Spirits, Red Dog Wine, The Wine Shoppe At Green Hills, Village Wines, and West Meade Wine and Liquor Mart.
