A blend of clones 383 and Estrella. Fermented on native yeast, aged for 20 months in 50% new French Oak.
Peter Palmer adds: Color of full ruby-black with pink tones at the rim. Focused with slightly floral nose and sandalwood, rose and toasted brioche. Medium to full mouth feel; structured and pleasantly tart. Dark black cherry, raspberry and apricot flavors. Nice cranberry accent on the firm finish.
